Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone on Upper Mississippi River

The U.S. Coast Guard is creating a safety zone on the Upper Mississippi River, from Mile 42.0 to Mile 43.7, to prevent collisions with salvage equipment and restrict vessel traffic for the safety of river users and property.
