De Havilland Model DHC-8-100 Series Airplanes to Receive Airworthiness Directive Amendment

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has adopted a new airworthiness directive for de Havilland Model DHC-8-100 series airplanes, requiring modification of the potentiometer lever stops on the nose wheel steering to prevent excessive uncontrolled movement in the event of a mechanical link failure during takeoff or landing.
