Jetstream Aircraft Limited Proposes Revision to Airworthiness Directive for Jetstream Model 3101 Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has determined that a mandatory flap system modification is required to prevent sudden pitch down of the airplane during icing conditions, which could lead to loss of control of the airplane, for Jetstream Aircraft Limited (JAL) Jetstream Model 3101 airplanes.
