Amendment to Cooperative Agreement for Heavy Vehicle Intelligent Commercial Vehicle System Development

The US government has extended the deadline for proposals to develop, evaluate, and deploy a heavy vehicle intelligent commercial vehicle communication and powering enhancement system, from October 20, 1994, to November 22, 1994, following the publication of an amendment to the original Cooperative Agreement Announcement.
