Coast Guard Withdraws Regulated Navigation Area Proposal for Helicopter Sightseeing Service

The US Coast Guard has withdrawn a 1994 proposal to establish a regulated navigation area in Upper New York Bay for a helicopter sightseeing service, following a notice from the service operator that it would not begin operations as scheduled, received by the Coast Guard Captain of the Port, New York, on June 28, 1994.
