FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Metropolitan Oakland International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration invites public comment on its proposed rule to approve and use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge at Metropolitan Oakland International Airport, as required by the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Federal Aviation Regulations.
