Power Brake Regulations

By notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) published on September 16, 1994 (59 FR 47676), FRA scheduled public hearings for October 24 and 25, 1994, in Washington D.C., to allow interested parties the opportunity to comment on issues addressed in the NPRM. In order to provide sufficient time for all interested parties to develop their responses, the dates for these public hearings has been changed to December 13 and 14, 1994, at the same location and time previously indicated. Furthermore, due to the change in hearing dates, FRA will also extend the deadline for submitting written comments from December 31, 1994, to January 18, 1995.
