EASA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for ATR42-200 and -300 Series Airplanes
The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has issued a new airworthiness directive requiring a dye penetrant inspection and replacement of cracked hinge pins on certain ATR42-200 and -300 series airplanes to prevent collapse of the nose landing gear.
