Dispositions of Noise Waiver Petitions

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has published dispositions for three petitions requesting waivers from the first compliance date under Stage 3 transition regulations, following significant public interest in the petitions and the FAA's analysis of the arguments presented.
