Modification of Class D Airspace and Establishment of Class E Airspace; Various Locations, State of Pennsylvania

An error was discovered in the final rule that was published in the Federal Register on September 7, 1994, Airspace Docket No. 94- AEA-09. The legal description for the Harrisburg Capital City, PA, Class D airspace should contain additional language describing an internal boundary area. This action corrects that error.

This rule establishes, amends, suspends, or removes Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPS) and associated Takeoff Minimums and Obstacle Departure procedures (ODPs) for operations at certain airports. These regulatory actions are needed because of the adoption of new or revised criteria, or because of changes occurring in the National Airspace System, such as the commissioning of new navigational facilities, adding new obstacles, or changing air traffic requirements. Airworthiness Directives; Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. Airplanes

The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. (Pilatus) Model PC-24 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report that a solid-state relay (SSR) used in the left-hand (LH) windshield heating system may allow reverse current flow when in the OFF position. This AD requires modification of the airplane and replacement of the affected SSR with a serviceable part. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
