Coast Guard Considers Change to Drawbridge Operation Regulation in Lafourche Bayou, LA

The US Coast Guard is considering a proposed regulation change for two drawbridges across Lafourche Bayou in Louisiana, allowing them to remain closed to navigation during peak vehicular and school bus traffic hours to alleviate congestion and facilitate safe crossing of school children.
