Special Conditions: Dassault Aviation Model Falcon 2000 Airplane; Automatic Takeoff Thrust Control System

This notice proposes special conditions for the Dassault Aviation Model Falcon 2000 airplane. This new airplane will have an unusual design feature associated with an Automatic Takeoff Thrust Control System (ATTCS), for which the applicable airworthiness regulations do not contain appropriate safety standards for approach climb performance using an ATTCS. These proposed special conditions contain the additional safety standards that the Administrator considers necessary to establish a level of safety equivalent to that established by the existing airworthiness standards.
