Proposed Amendment of Class D Airspace at New Orleans NAS, Alvin Callender Field, LA

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to amend the Class D airspace at New Orleans Naval Air Station (NAS), Alvin Callender Field, New Orleans, LA, due to the decommissioning of the New Orleans NAS Non-directional Radio Beacon, which no longer requires protection by Class D airspace for standard instrument approach to this navigational aid.
