NHTSA Denies UAW Petition to Reinstated Separate Domestic and Captive Import Fleets for Light Trucks

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has decided not to reinstate a practice that separated domestic manufacturers' light trucks into two fleets, domestic and captive import, and denied a petition from the United Auto Workers Union (UAW) to reinstate this practice.
