Civil Tiltrotor Development Advisory Committee; Aircraft Subcommittee Established to Advise on Tiltrotor Aircraft Development

The US government has formed a new committee, the Civil Tiltrotor Development Advisory Committee; Aircraft Subcommittee, to provide expert advice on the development of tiltrotor aircraft, a type of hybrid aircraft that combines elements of helicopters and airplanes.
