Revision of Class E Airspace; Russellville, AR

This action revises the Class E airspace at Russellville, AR. A nondirectional radio beacon (NDB) standard instrument approach procedure (SIAP) has been developed at Russellville Municipal Airport and has made this action necessary. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet above ground level (AGL) is needed for aircraft executing the approach. This action is intended to provide adequate Class E airspace for instrument flight rule (IFR) operations for aircraft executing the SIAP at Russellville Municipal Airport, Russellville, AR.
