Coast Guard Issues Regulations for Ballast Water Management in Hudson River

The US Coast Guard is implementing new regulations to prevent the introduction of nonindigenous aquatic species into the Great Lakes through ballast water management practices for vessels entering the Hudson River, north of the George Washington Bridge.
