The US Forest Service will prepare a draft and final legislative Impact Statement for a study on the suitability of North Fork of the Clearwater River, Kelly Creek, and Cayuse Creek for National Wild and Scenic River status, as identified in the 1987 Clearwater National Forest Land and Resource Management Plan.
