Using Electronic Cotton Warehouse Receipts: Amendment to the United States Warehouse Act Regulations

The United States Warehouse Act Regulations have been revised to permit the use of electronic warehouse receipts for cotton warehouses, allowing licensed warehousemen to use electronic information management systems.
