USDA Gives Notice on Environmental Impact Statement for Elkhorn Slough Watershed Project

The Soil Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, has given notice that an environmental impact statement is not being prepared for the Elkhorn Slough Watershed Project in Monterey and San Benito Counties, California.
