Commodity Credit Corporation Withdraws Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Conservation Reserve Program

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) has withdrawn the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding the revision of Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) regulations to allow non-emergency haying and grazing of CRP grasslands. The CCC will consider the issue in the context of the 1995 farm bill deliberations.
