REA Amends Regulations on Telecommunications Standards and Specifications for Materials, Equipment and Construction

The Rural Electrification Administration (REA) is updating its regulations to incorporate technological changes and announce a general revision of REA Form 525, Central Office Equipment Contract (Including Installation).
