Rural Electrification Administration Proposes Amendments to Rural Economic Development Loan and Grant Program

The Rural Electrification Administration (REA) proposes to amend its Rural Economic Development Loan and Grant Program rule to enhance funding for areas affected by natural disasters, economic dislocation, or long-term economic deterioration.
