Assessment Obligation for 1994-95 Crop Year Peanuts Under 7 CFR Part 997; Peanuts Not Subject to Peanut Marketing Agreement No. 146

The US Department of Agriculture will impose an administrative assessment of $0.60 per net ton of farmers stock peanuts on non-signatory handlers for the 1994-95 crop year, as required by Public Law 103-66.
