Rural Electrification Administration Reopens Comment Period on Electric System Construction Policies and Procedures

The Rural Electrification Administration (REA) has reopened the comment period on its proposed Electric System Construction Policies and Procedures, initially published on June 3, 1994, in response to public requests for more review time.
