USDA Proposes Rule to Modify Minimum Size Requirements for Potatoes Grown in Idaho and Oregon, and Imported Potatoes

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) proposes to modify the minimum size requirements for potatoes grown in certain Idaho and Oregon counties, and imported potatoes, to increase returns to producers and handlers.
