Rural Business Enterprise Grants and Television Demonstration Grants

The Rural Development Administration proposes to amend a regulation to implement Title V, Section 516 (d) of Public Law 102-552 and Section 6 of Public Law 102-554, allowing grants for specific purposes and expanding business eligibility.
