Potato Research and Promotion Plan; Amendments of the Rules and Regulations to Permit Changes in the Size of the Administrative Committee

The National Potato Promotion Board is granted flexibility to adjust the Administrative Committee's size based on changes in US potato production, and updates its office address and Harmonized Tariff Schedule code for imported potato starch.
