Watermelon Research and Promotion Plan: Amendments to the Referendum Procedures

This final rule will amend the rules of practice for referenda on the Watermelon Research and Promotion Plan to provide for referenda to be conducted by mail ballot, to allow watermelon importers to vote in the referendum, to change the eligibility criteria for producers to vote in referenda, and to include the 50 States and the District of Columbia.
