Receipt of Permit Applications for Release Into the Environment of Genetically Engineered Organisms

We are advising the public that six applications for permits to release genetically engineered organisms into the environment are being reviewed by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service. The applications have been submitted in accordance with 7 CFR part 340, which regulates the introduction of certain genetically engineered organisms and products.
