U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Global Special Steel Products S.A.U. Sold Prestressed Concrete Steel Wire Strand at Less Than Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Global Special Steel Products S.A.U. sold prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Spain at a price lower than its normal value in the U.S. market during the review period, and is now seeking public comments on the preliminary results.
