FDA Extends Comment Period on Proposed Rule for Fresh and Frozen Fruits and Vegetables

The FDA is reopening the comment period for a proposed rule that would expand coverage of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) to include oil-blanched fruits and vegetables, as well as frozen French fried potato products, previously announced on July 12, 1994.
