US Department of Agriculture Clarifies Peanut Marketing Agreement Requirements

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule allowing peanut handlers to store and shell certain seed peanut lots under the auspices of a state agency, while maintaining existing regulations for 1993 crop peanuts for 1994 and subsequent crop peanuts.
