Texas Grapefruit Quality and Size Requirements Increased

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule increasing the minimum quality requirements for Texas grapefruit to Texas Choice, while temporarily relaxing size requirements for the 1994-95 season to help the state's citrus industry successfully market the crop.
