Amendment to Regulations for Collecting Cotton Research and Promotion Assessment

The Agricultural Marketing Service is updating the Cotton Board Rules and Regulations to adjust the value assigned to imported cotton for calculating supplemental assessments, which will be based on the 12-month average price received by U.S. farmers for Upland cotton in 1993.
