USDA Soil Conservation Service Exempts Point Remove Wetland Reclamation and Irrigation Project from Environmental Impact Statement

The USDA Soil Conservation Service has determined that an environmental impact statement is not required for the Point Remove Wetland Reclamation and Irrigation Project in Pope and Conway Counties, Arkansas, due to exemptions under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and other relevant regulations.
