US Government Proposes Changes to Food Stamp Program Reimbursement Rates

The US government has proposed a rule to reduce the reimbursement rate for certain administrative costs of state agencies in administering the Food Stamp Program, in compliance with the Mickey Leland Childhood Hunger Relief Act of 1993.
