Thunderbolt Wildfire Recovery in Idaho's National Forests

The U.S. Forest Service plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Thunderbolt Wildfire Recovery Area in Idaho's Boise and Payette National Forests, aiming to improve fish habitat, soil productivity, and wildlife habitats while minimizing environmental impact. The proposed projects include road surfacing, revegetation, and tree salvage to finance long-term conservation efforts.
