USDA Declines Environmental Impact Statement for Lower Little Minnesota River Watershed Project

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, has decided not to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Lower Little Minnesota River--Big Stone Lake Watershed Project in Roberts and Marshall Counties, South Dakota, citing exemptions under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
