U.S. Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Agency Jointly Fund State Grant Program to Boost Industrial Competitiveness

The U.S. Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency are jointly funding a State Grant Program called National Industrial Competitiveness Through Energy, Environment and Economics (NICE extbackslash{}3 extbackslash{}) to promote new industrial processes, improve energy efficiency, and enhance U.S. industry competitiveness.
