Acquisition Regulation; Legislative Lobbying Cost Prohibition

The Department is proposing to amend the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) to clarify its legislative lobbying cost prohibition. To avoid any misunderstandings or disagreements between contractors and the Department, the criteria for cost allowability are being more clearly stated.
