US Department of Energy Publishes Guidelines for Voluntary Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Reductions
The US Department of Energy has released guidelines for voluntary reporting of greenhouse gas emissions, reductions, and carbon sequestration, with reporting forms to be developed by the Energy Information Agency (EIA) and entered into an EIA database, effective October 31, 1994.
