FERC Amends Regulations for Oil Pipelines' Cost-of-Service Reporting

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is updating its rules to require oil pipelines to submit detailed reports on their cost-of-service rates and depreciation, as part of a broader effort to regulate oil pipeline rates, following the 1992 Energy Policy Act.
