DOE Response to Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board Recommendation 94-2
The Department of Energy has published its response to the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board's recommendation regarding conformance with safety standards at low-level nuclear waste and disposal sites, following the requirement of Section 315(b)(2) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954.
