Cherokee County Cogeneration Partners, L.P. and Klickitat Energy Partners File Coal Capability Certifications with the Office of Fossil Energy

The Office of Fossil Energy has received two coal capability self-certifications from Cherokee County Cogeneration Partners, L.P. and Klickitat Energy Partners, both submitted on October 27 and 28, 1994, respectively, in accordance with the Powerplant and Industrial Fuel Use Act.
