On November 25, 1994, the U.S. Department of Energy published a notice announcing the availability of a Draft Environmental Impact Statement and public hearings for the proposed York County Energy Partners Cogeneration Project at North Codorus Township, PA (59 FR 60614). Interested parties were invited to provide comments on the content of the Draft Statement to the Department by no later than January 10, 1995. Today's notice announces an extension of the comment period on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement.
