FERC Denies Rehearing Requests for Order No. 566-A

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has denied requests for rehearing of Order No. 566-A, which deals with the posting of affiliate discount information on pipeline Electronic Bulletin Boards. The Commission found that the current 24-hour posting requirement strikes a balance between providing public information and preventing adverse effects on competition.
