U.S. Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Antidumping Duty Review for Cosmo First Limited

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that Cosmo First Limited, the sole mandatory respondent, sold polyethylene terephthalate film from India at a price below its normal value, resulting in a dumping margin of 24.14 percent.
