Draft Environmental Impact Statement and Public Hearings for the Proposed York County Energy Partners Cogeneration Project at North Codorus Township, PA

On November 25, 1994, the Department of Energy published a notice announcing the availability of a Draft Environmental Impact Statement and public hearings for the proposed York County Energy Partners Cogeneration Project at North Codorus Township, PA (59 FR 60614). A notice extending the written comment period to January 31, 1995, was published on December 15, 1994, (59 FR 64653). Today's notice is to announce a continuation of these hearings. Procedures for preregistration and conduct of this continuation hearing will be similar to the procedures for the hearings conducted December 14-16, 1994.
