Statutory Debarment Under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations
The US government has issued a notice of statutory debarment for individuals under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The debarment is in accordance with 22 CFR parts 120-130, specifically Sec. 127.7(c).
